Hi, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m just a small-town gal from humble beginnings. I’ve been married...and unmarried, so I know a thing or two about change and resilience, as well as jugging work responsibilities and home. I’m the proud mom of 2 amazing sons. I’ve spent the majority of my parenting life on the sidelines of sports fields. And I’m a life-long lacrosse fan as a result. I love to travel for work and fun—South Africa and Beijing were special ones. I recharge with bootcamp workouts. I buy myself fresh flowers every week because they lift me up and inspire me. I stand 5-feet tall but forget I’m short. I'm creative at heart. Writing is a passion. One of my strengths is WOO. (ask me about this later).
